Who’s PIU Anywhere for?
The PIU Anywhere program is for those who may be too busy, don’t have access to, can’t afford, or just don’t enjoy a regular gym. These workouts can be done with extremely limited equipment, in very little space, and in a short time if necessary.
But don’t worry, if you have more time and/or more equipment – you will have those options too!
The PIU Anywhere program includes up to 3 versions of the daily workout. The workouts will be delivered to you through our workout tracking app, SugarWOD.
You will also have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with other PIU Anywhere members and have direct access to Coach Hannah and Matt. The Facebook Group is where you will see demonstration videos, advice on how to approach each workout, nutrition articles/recipes, information about special in person workouts at PIU, and extra credit programs.
What do you need?
Not much at all. As stated above, each day will have three different versions of the workout.
- Track 1 – Bodyweight
- Track 2 – Jump rope, kettlebell or dumbbell (just 1 will do!), TRX/rings or doorway pull-up bar.
- Track 3 – Barbell and plates + those listed in track 2
- Track 4 – Access to a full gym

What does PIU cost?
PIU Anywhere costs $10/month!
