Don’t take the easy way out!!
One of the greatest things about CrossFit is it forces you to attack your weaknesses, but sometimes it is easier to avoid them. An example would be scaling a workout. For me it is so much easier to constantly avoid getting more efficient at double unders and stick to singles, the easy way. My goal like many of you is to be able to complete every workout RX. So this year i have committed the beginning and end of every workout to double under practice. So weather it is banded pull ups, pike push ups, or scaling weight EVERYONE should have a goal of progression by avoiding the easy way and focus on being better than yesterday by taking the hard way.
