Nutrition is the foundation to optimal health and wellness. This being said, we are so excited to announce that we will be launching a nutrition program beginning January 1st. This Nutrition program combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. You also do not have to be a member at Pick It Up Fitness to participate in the nutrition programs.
This nutrition program is designed by a register dietitian. This means that it is a science-based approach to nutrition and wellness. The goal is to use simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.
The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? This is a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!
Our nutrition system is a two-phase approach. During Phase I, we will determine a baseline, set you up with a customized plan and test biometrics. Then once you graduate from Phase I. you will move onto Phase II, where we focus on accountability and tweaking your plan to see optimal results. - Book your No Snack Intro. with me (Hannah). This is a free 10-minute session for me to educate you on the different nutrition programs we offer. This is also a great time for me to take some biometric measurements such as your body fat and BMI.
